Returns + Exchanges

 

We do not issue refunds if an item is lost in the mail or takes longer than expected once it has been shipped. All items are always sent out with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses, PayPal or otherwise. Shipping labels are printed directly from PayPal, so please make sure your address is correct. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs if the item(s) must be resent due to an incorrect address. In the event an item does turn up missing please contact the post office or delivery service used.

Since we are a very small shop, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time.
